When it comes to healing humanity, this studio is in the conversation

When the idea for Adoptionly Yours® greeting cards began, Jayne and Stacy were two creatives and two adoptive moms seeking to bring empathy, understanding and celebration to the adoption journey. At the heart of our studio mission was creating simple, authentic cards reflecting all kinds of emotions, moments, and families.

Some families do not start at the beginning. Some find each other along the way as toddlers or teens. Some families look alike and others come together from beautifully different races and cultures. Some families have a mom and a dad, some a single parent, others two moms or two dads. Our studio wanted to include them all.

What if a child walked into the card aisle at Target and looked up to see a card illustrating a family like theirs.

So, when Tiny Type Studios had the opportunity to license our Great Moms and Great Dads cards to the national, artist-driven brand, Minted, we were thrilled. What if a child walked into the card aisle at Target and looked up to a see a card illustrating a family like theirs, or the family next door. We imagined moments of understanding and connection.

Then, Minted selected two of our cards to be part of their Pride Collection 2022, donating 100% of proceeds from this collection to The Trevor Project for the month of June. The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and mental health organization making the world more loving and welcoming for LGBTQ youth. As card creators, and moms, we are always in for taking care of kids of all ages.

Cards are tiny connections in a bigger conversation, a place to turn for healing and humanity.

Back when we sat in coffee shops in Tampa, FL dreaming up our card line, we knew we wanted our creativity to make a difference. Being a part of this collection reminds us that cards are more important than ever, as tiny connections in a bigger conversation, a place to turn for healing and humanity.
