WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Cards usually ship out the same or next business day and can take 3-7 days to arrive via USPS First Class Mail or Package, unless Priority Mail is selected. For gift items, please allow 2-3 days processing before shipping. Most gifts spend 7-14 days in transit (exceptions apply). Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. Due to factors beyond our control, delays may occur. If so, we will do our best to inform you in a timely manner. Note: USPS has been slower than normal lately, please allow a little extra time for shipping.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

As a small company, we do our personal best to make sure you get the highest quality products every time you order. Except in the event of damaged merchandise, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds or returns. All sales are final. For more details, please see our Returns Policy.

Our products are especially made for the agencies and organizations that uplift the hearts along the adoption journey. Cards are available to you for purchase in bulk quantities at discounted pricing. Contact us for our tiered pricing schedule.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Adoptionly Yours cards and gifts are lovingly imagined and illustrated by our creative team, translated into digital format and sent to press or into production. Colors soften in real life, so actual items often appear bright, yet gentler than images on screen. Our cards are locally made in Tampa, FL. Our gift items, whenever possible, are printed in the USA, and we do our best to ensure all products are responsibly sourced by VeriTrust Certified Vendors.

 

ARE YOUR CARDS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Adoptionly Yours cards are printed with environmentally friendly inks on paper from a Sustainable Forestry Initiative Certified Fiber Source. Our paper features 70% content from a Forest Stewardship Council Certified Forest, contains 10% recycled fiber and is Rainforest Alliance Certified. 

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Florida is a destination-based sales tax state. Orders shipped to a Florida address will incur Florida sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Florida, will not have any sales taxes applied, with some exceptions. Orders placed from outside the United States (when we accept them) may have local duties and taxes collected by the country or province directly from the buyer at the time of collection, as required by their own international import laws. (We find all of this a little taxing, don't you?)

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Any of your information gathered during ordering is kept confidential. If you give us your permission, your email may be added to our list so you may hear from us with special offers or news. Your information will never be sold by us to anyone.
